Technological Processes

As a start-up-er, Interpart Production begun its activity with two painting and assembling cabins, while the following year we anticipated our customers’ needs with other new technological processes, as tampo-printing and injection. Moreover, in 2006, another new important investment has been made, in the tool workshop, so as we can offer our clients those processes that can form a complete technological process.

Interpart Production’s philosophy is to purchase German new technology, without which we cannot offer the quality of the products that we engaged to offer our clients.

TOOL WORKSHOP

The Tool Workshop in Interpart Production owns for the present an important park of performant machines and equipments, produced in 2006, if we mention the CNC milling machines – HURCO and DECKEL MAHO – or Mitsubishi and ONA electrical discharge machines, for wire and electrode electroerosion.
For the moulds’ design we have our own projection office and our engineers use the software CATIA V5 for CAD design, while for CAM projection our engineers work with the CIMATRON software.

INJECTION
Interpart Production acquired several DEMAG and ARBURG injection machines and the staff working on these machines had been trained by the producing firms, in Germany. We can thus offer our clients injected pieces, on machines with capacities from 35 to 200 tf.
The injection workshop also disposes of centralized drying systems and granule transport to press, GREEN BOX water cooling closed circuit system and SINGLE mould thermostating devices with water and oil.

DECORATION

By the plastic decoration department we can offer more technological pocesses – painting, drying and tampo-printing – with performant German machineries, as well. We dispose of Walther Pilot painting cabins and Tampoprint machines for tampo-printing, that assures a great flexibility and first class monochromatic printing.

ASSEMBLY
Assembling is another important process that Interpart Production can offer to its customers, a process that completes the others, closing a complete production cycle.
For the European producers, that use in great proportion unqualified labour force, Interpart Production can be exactly the solution you were looking for, as long as in Romania the costs for unqualified work force are a few times lower.
