Quality Management at Interpart Production

By the department of Quality Assurance we offer our clients a final product with an excellent quality, a product that Interpart Production’s clients can count it will arrive at the quantity and quality required, at the place and time previously agreed on.


ISO certificateThe Quality Management System within Interpart Production meets the ISO 9001:2000 standard, certified in the summer of 2006.
Interpart Production implements and maintains a system of quality management in the field of “Design, fabrication and sale of injection moulds for plastic materials. Injection moulding of the plastic components, their decoration (painting) and assembling”.


QMS in our organization is defined as an assembly of interconnected or interconnecting processes and is dealing with the settlement of the policy and the objectives regarding quality and reaching these objectives.

QMS running in IPP according to ISO 9001:2000 standard is based on the Deming cycle.

plan do check act

PLAN - Sets goals and the necessary processes to obtain results according to the customer’s needs and organization policy;
DO - Processes implementation;
CHECK - Monitors and measures the processes and the product against the policies, goals and product’s expectations and reports results;
ACT - Undertakes actions to constantly improve performances.

Ensuring performance in project development is done by forecasting and planning:

  • Customer targetting
  • Customer need analysis
  • Developing the product’s features according to the identified needs and expectations
  • Designing and realization of the processes that lead to given characteristics
  • Plan transfer to departments and staff

In IPP QA is done:

  1. QA Entry - warning check up:
    • Raw materials and received materials
    • Testing equipment check up
    • Work force: permanent training

  2. QA Production - process check up:
    • Supervision of the quality of the production process (storage, handling, packing and transport)
    • Flow check up –SPC
    • New products – PPAP
    • Working instructions and staff training
    • Monitoring rework and rebut

  3. QA Client - post-production check up:
    • Processing complaints
    • Surveying complaints
    • Correcting actions and staff training
