New Machines in IPP

As a consequence of our developping activity, Interpart Production has started a new investment process, by acquiring new machineries both for the tool workshop and for the injection workshop.
The new machines are of the latest technology, from import, and our equipments offer is now larger in order to perform projects of high quality and precision for our clients.
For the tool workshop has been acquired the following machines:
CNC HURCO VMX 24S milling machine, the second in our plant and used for pieces with the following characteristics 610x510x610 mm, 15 000 rotations/min. and a tool storehouse with 24 positions;
CNC ONA NX 4 Electrical Discharge Machine, travel stroke of 600x400x500 mm and disposes of a tool storehouse with 4 positions;
REISEN Spotting Presse, with closing force of 40 tones.
CNC ONA AX4 Wire Electrical Discharge Machine – travel stroke of 1000x810x410mm.
For the injection workshop there has been acquired 3 Demag injection machines, in the Extra EcQ range:
- Demag Extra EcQ 50-270;
- Demag Extra EcQ 100-430;
- Demag Extra EcQ 150-600.
ISO 9001:2000 Certificate

Interpart Production activity and production processes are run according to international quality standards, therefore the TUV CERT Certificate has been obtained and it proves that the quality management system of Interpart Production is running according to ISO 9001:2000 standard.The certificate ISO 9001:2000 has been gained for all areas of activity within the company, both for the injection workshop and the tool workshop department: “Design, fabrication and sale of injection moulds for plastic materials. Injection moulding of the plastic components, decoration (painting) and assembling”.
Thus our clients might have the certainty of the quality for their ordered products and their partnership with Interpart Production.
