The major shareholder at Interpart Production is the company Banuinvest, owned by Florentin Banu and Daniel Banu, who founded this group of firms after the success of companies JOE (the producer of the well-known waffers JOE) and Artima, a 15 supermarkets national chain.

The Investment Fund SEAF also ownes shares in the company Interpart Production. SEAF began its activity in Romania at the beginning of 2001, the financial management being provided by Small Enterprise Assistance Funds LLC (‘SEAF’), an American company specialized in investing in small and middle sized companies on markets that need capital.
In March 2005, SEAF provided capital that represents 15% of Interpart Production shares. Through Mr. Mircea Jalba, General Manager, and the collaboration with Mr. Florentin Banu, SEAF adds value to Interpart Production and underlines the interest for the business potential of such a company in Romania.

The general manager of the company, Mr. Bogdan Purcherea, owns shares at Interpart Production as well. The experience he gained in what concerns the managerial activity, Mr. Bogdan Purcherea will ensure a solid ground in the following period, the development of the company being prior in the years to come.
